THE STORY:
I love the foothills, there’s a special feeling you get when walking through those rolling hills with the rockies in the background. I made this artwork when I was doing a lot of thinking about my own family so naturally I included a small family of grizzlies. Coincidentally I had just come across an enormous grizzly during a road trip to Nelson, BC. This may have been what inspired the bears.
