THE STORY:
This landscape was made using a selection of images taken from the Saskatchewan prairies and wetlands. Having grown up in Saskatchewan I have a strong connection to these places. This piece inspires me to imagine myself walking through these wide open landscapes which heighten all of your senses.
The colors used recall early mornings when everything is new, fresh and a little bit cold. Close your eyes, you can smell the fresh grass and hear the early birds.
Like so many of my artworks, this one pays tribute to the wild places we have the privilege to protect and call home.

This option comes stretched onto a frame, the hanging wire is attached and mounting hardware is included. All you have to do is tap the hardware into the wall and hang it!
